Jiangsu Province released the "Investigation Report on the Consumption of Prepared Vegetables"

This survey adopts the method of online questionnaire. From the data of the survey results, more than 80% (81.97%) of consumers have the experience of buying pre-made vegetables, and only 18.03% of consumers said that they have never purchased pre-made vegetables. Especially during the Spring Festival this year, nearly 60% of consumers said they chose pre-made dishes for the preparation of the New Year's Eve dinner. Among them, 25.01% of consumers completely purchased pre-made dishes for the New Year's Eve dinner, and 31.47% of consumers chose to partially buy pre-made dishes. Parts are still prepared by myself.
The main concerns of consumers who do not purchase prepared dishes are:
1. I feel that pre-made dishes are more expensive and cost-effective, and such reasons account for 23.39%;
2. Concerns about the quality of pre-made dishes, such as shelf life and preservative addition, accounted for 22.26%;
3. Not knowing much about the purchasing channels of pre-made dishes, which accounted for 18.65%;
4. I feel that the taste of pre-made dishes is not as delicious as the freshly made dishes, accounting for 13.92%.
In addition, only 6.55% of consumers have never heard of pre-made dishes, indicating that consumers have a high overall acceptance of pre-made dishes.
The main consumer groups of prepared dishes are young people, and nearly 80% (76.38%) of consumers are under the age of 40. Among them, consumers aged 25-30 accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for 40.41%, and consumers aged 30-40 accounted for 35.97%.
